Hiya all...Not having a very good day here :((
I have wanted to change my blog template for a long time now, but been to nervous to actually do it...This morning I finally decided to just go for it, but I can not see my new post, Design, Sign out buttons at the top right hand side of my blog anymore...CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE...I have got in at moment by clicking on pencil on my last post and getting to my dashboard from there
:(( Oh why didn't I just leave it alone LOL...
Edited...just seen Navbar in my sidebar, wonder if this has anything to do with it! Also if I go to my other DT blogs I can see the button options, very strange.

Anyway what do you think of my new blog look, all the things in my sidebar need sorting out back in order ...are now all over the place :(
While I,m here... I have a Christmas card to share...I have had a play with my new toy, a Josy Rose Hot Fix wand to apply my Nail Heads, its really fab and I was very lucky to win mine (thanks again Jules x)

ReplyDeleteIt all looks good to me!! Lovely multicoloured check down the sides and fab flowery header... by the sounds of it you've figured it out!
To get to the blogger dashboard... you go into your blog... then click the orange blogger button at the very top left... takes you to your list of blogs... and below that is your reading list.
oooh and what i'm here for... your card is gorgeous too! Lovin that green!

hi wendy ... love your card and love your new blog look ... yes it is a real pain when you change the template everything seems to go to pot ... the main thing is to make sure you are logged in coz sometimes when I log on I am not logged in if you see what I mean lol ... happy crafting and love sandy xx

:( I hope you get some help, Wendy - not very good with blog design! I have a leelou template and haven't had a problem with it - but I think the designer is very helpful so perhaps she can provide some advice?!!

ReplyDeleteI would say the template is hiding your design buttons (new post, design, sign out) maybe if you removed the blog template and then re-installed it? It is a great template though, great colours!
I decided, in the end, that I just didn't like any blog template out there enough to leave it on my blog for any length of time - so took them all off!! I'm now naked and proud of it ;-)

Love your cute card Wendy and your new look blog too, I once did something similar only when I eventually finished I hated it - it took me about 2 days to change it then undo it - don't you sometimes just wish you hadn't started these things lol xx
